Interfashion S.p.A. has established dedicated reporting channels for the submission of reports concerning breaches of laws and regulations and, more generally, conduct that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company.

These channels ensure the effectiveness of the reporting process and guarantee the confidentiality of the reporting person, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Interfashion S.p.A. does not tolerate any form of retaliation, discrimination, or threat against reporting persons.
