ORGANIZATIONS FOR EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY
The Seller is registered with the organizations for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in France and is compliant with its environmental contributions under the following unique identification numbers:
• FR429539_01YNVY, issued by ADEMEand communicated by Adelphe, whose purpose is to facilitate the monitoring and control of compliance with EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) obligations for household packaging;
• FR429539_11LENB, issued by ADEMEand communicated by Re_fashion, whose purpose is to facilitate the monitoring and control of compliance with EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) obligations for textiles, footwear, and household linen.
Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001

To strengthen these principles, the Company has adopted a Code of Ethics and an Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which define the Company’s values, policies, rules of conduct and internal control system.
The Code of Ethics sets out the principles that guide the Company’s activities and those of all individuals who collaborate with it, promoting fairness, respect for people and responsibility in relationships with partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
The Model 231 is designed to prevent the offences contemplated by the legislation and to ensure corporate management based on legality, transparency and accountability.
